How It Works
Our Leadership and Management Academy is not your typical training program, where the participant jams a ton of content into 1, 2, or 3 days, retaining only 10% of the material. The participants, led by experienced, successful managers, go through a series of modules over time, covering every aspect of managing and leading their teams.
The participants are exposed to tools and concepts that work and get to take these tools back into their workplace and practice them for 30 days before they move on to the next module.
Practice is the key component of learning. Training without the opportunity to practice does not produce results.
Our program will also teach your managers how to align their efforts and their teams’ outcomes with the organization’s overall objectives. They will learn how to develop and manage executable plans that achieve the organization’s strategic goals. We will help close the enormous gap that often exists between executive leadership and management.
